The CloudGate 3G EMEA complies with the essential requirements of the R&TTE directive (1999/5/EC) issued by the Commission of the European Union and carries the CE mark.  The product can be used in the following countries of the European Economic Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

To comply with the CE regulations, maximum antenna gain must not exceed:

• 2.5 dBi in band I (2100 MHz)
• 2.3 dBi in band III (1800 MHz)
• 2.3 dBi in band VIII (900 MHz)
